Frugal Friday!!

CHOCOLATE CHIP ZUCCHINI BREAD:

1-1/4 CUP SUGAR

3 EGGS

2/3 CUP APPLESAUCE

1/3 CUP OIL

1 TSP VANILLA

2 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR

1 CUP WHITE FLOUR

1 TSP SALT

1 TSP BAKING SODA

1TSP BAKING POWDER

1TSP CINNAMON

2 CUPS SHREDDED ZUCCHINI

1 CUP MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS

1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS (OPTIONAL)

BEAT SUGAR, EGGS, APPLESAUCE, OIL AND VANILLA TOGETHER. BLEND IN DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. STIR IN ZUCCHINI, NUTS AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS. POUR INTO TWO GREASED LOAF PANS. BAKE FOR 50-60 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES.
